A month ago I was sitting in Urgent Care. It was a 5 day wait to get a sick patient appt. with a provider I was already established with. I was told at UC that it would be a several hour wait. Again, I made the decision to "die at home" and called a cab. While I'm waiting for the car I heard the receptionist on phone call after phone call tell sick people to go onto their website and make a reservation, that they could book 2 days out and would receive a text when it was there turn.

WHO MAKES A RESVERATION FOR "URGENT" CARE?
