And this is probably my #1 pet peeve. The quality. Publications on here don't do nearly enough to ensure there is quality being served up.

Self-publishing shouldn't be allowed for the first 30 days you're on the platform. That forces you to submit to editors who can critique your work and help you improve.

I'd be stoned to death if I said that should be some sort of entrance exam. I had to take one for another wesite and scored a 90 whatever. I doubt a lot of "writers" on here would pass the exam.
