Annually, I would get a form that would give me a year to postpone payments. Those forms became unnecessary once COVID hit. Then they becamse necessary again. So I wrote to the Dept of Education asking them to send me the form. No response.

Then I started getting email alerts that things had changed with my credit report. That's how I found out. The loans were gone and listed as "in good standing".

I don't get it either. 🤷
