As an Editor, I refused to do rewrites. I didn't have the time. I was pushing out up to 100 pieces per day. I would leave a ton of PNs and return it to the writer for correction and then resubmission.

As a writer I've had it happen to me several times. I had one delete 3 paragraphs and didn't even tell me. I didn't know it until after it was published.

I had another one who switched out my images with images that had nothing to do with the story and put so many images together that it looked like a popup picture book instead of a post.

And those are just the two that I remember!
