As someone who used to be an editor for that eh hem, never mind... I got a lot caca too. "Writers" would get flat out mad if I told them we couldn't accept the submission because it wasn't a fit. Well, don't submit a piece of poetry to tech pub! Or I had a long list that I could copy and paste from of:

You get the idea. What got me kicked off of one pub was reminding people that these were required on the Medium platform. Two certain sets would always run and cry to the "publisher".

People of a certain region of the world so I think that was a cultural thing being told no by someone born with boobs.

The other were the white elists on here who think they can do no wrong.

I said all of that to say this, sometimes rude people are just rude.
