As someone with PTSD, thank you 9/11, I say HELL YEAH! Two nights in a row I sat here jumping out of my skin at every BOOM so some people could OH and AH.

IF you HAVE to have them, hold them out over the water or in a stadium. Period. Not Town Hall. Not in the backs of malls. Not in HS parking lots. Stadiums are built for noise and there's plenty of parking.

This isn't like the 1950s when a relative handful of people had PTSD. "Of people in the United States who experience a traumatic event, 20% will develop PTSD. (Sidran Institute, 2018)"

That's a LOT of PTSD.
