Blocked But Not Blocked?

Is this another glitch or is there something else going on?

Thanks to the purifying of my feed I am seeing more and more writers I never heard of before and am becoming exposed to publications that I had never or rarely seen. It’s nearly 1 AM here and since I couldn’t sleep I thought I’d do a little reading. I came across several posts from https://medium.com/free-thinkr. I checked them out and am still reading more posts. I liked what I saw so I clicked on the submission guidelines and got the 403 You’ve Been Blocked bullshit.

I thought that maybe it was the editor for whatever reason since I can see everything else. But I just checked out his profile page and I can see all of his stuff too. So now I have no idea what’s going on. I can read, clap and comment on every story. I can clearly see their About page.

Medium Staff, way to go on finding one more thing to FK up.
