Cap limits on election/reelection/campaigning funds.

Donations over the cap goes to a general fund where someone other than a Dem or a Repub can request funds to spend on their campaign. I don't care if it;s the Whig party at this point.

All parties should have equal funding which equates to equal footing.

Then let's have term limits and a cap on salaries for those on The Hill.

None of this will ever happen because too many things have gone on for far too long. Fat cats aren't going to give up the dough or the seat that gives them the dough.
