Storymaker is gone. It officially closed its doors on October 1. This seems to be happening with more and more frequency. In their good-bye, they noted two publications by name that are now “gone”. I came up with two more in the last several months.

Plus The Innovation. Plus, plus, plus… Then there are all of the once Medium-backed publications that began to shutter closed like The Ascent. I’ve literally forgotten who and how many pubs have closed even just since the beginning of the year. But despite it all, here comes the next generation of publications.
