God, how many times have I said that on this platform! Stop chasing curation because it means nothing. Stop obsessing over stats because they too mean nothing. Just write, write well, and engage with other writers. That's it. That's the magic recipe to (eventually) making it here.

I think as things continue to evolve here writers of turds will disappear. Publications are giving way to independent writers. And if you can't write well for long, you're going to find the pathway to the exit a lot easier. Finally, the cream will rise.

We just need to be patient.
