Good editors write less because they’re busy being editors. I know that was the case with me. I was functioning as an editor for better than 40 hours a week. Throw in a personal life like doing laundry and doctor appointments and when is there time to write? I was pulling in $30 a month.

Now that I’m no longer editing last month was my first month hitting over $100 and that was EARNINGS, no bonuses involved.

And no editing either.
