Have you tried being added as a writer to any of the publications whose niches are short form? 150 words or less might be all that a lot of us are capable of right now. Of course you could always publish your own. That's what I did last week. 10 SFs over a 30 hour period. One coming out every 3 hours.

It made it much more attainable but still kept me writing.
