Here's one more for you. Once you get to be a certain age and you acquire arthritis, bursitis, and every other kind of "itis" it is impossible to do. Your body will no longer allow you to move into certain positions.

Next time you're out look around and see how many elderly ladies are sitting with their legs open and their cane between their knees. J/S
