I asked them a question last week and was given a blog post link that didn't answer the question. I emailed them back and told them that. Nothing since.

Customer service at the HD used to be awesome. Now they aren't worth sh-t. No responses or bad responses is all you'll get from them. If they're over worked or inundated with requests then Ev needs to get off his wallet and hire more staff.

I keep telling Elon to buy Medium next!
