Share your work on social media. Medium has 2 ways you can share your work to Twitter without a whole lot of extra effort.

Feed the algo. Some people do okay with once a week. Others find success with publishing every day.

Publish in publications that are mid sized. Too small=no eyeballs. Too large and your work gets buried.
