I did my DNA test some time back. It's a one and done fee. What you're referring to is their $99 subscription plan. They "got me" earlier this year too. I signed up for it last year and then cancelled it when they sent me the reminder email that it was time to renew.

Only they didn't cancel it.

When I saw the $99 charge I contacted them immediately. They said they don't do refunds. That's when I filed charges against them through the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I got my money back in full then.

They were snooty about it and said that they don't do refunds but they would make an exception in my case. I told them that it was mighty white of them to give back my money that they had no right too.

But now my case is online and in their file for the world to see. I suggest you do it too. Then it's another black mark on their record. I've heard from other people that they have now gotten a reputation for doing this. I don't know if they're hard up for cash or what their deal is.

I'm not for letting people in my wallet without my permission and if they do it, they had better be ready to face what comes to them because trust and believe, I'm bringing it!
