I find some way every day to make a difference. Even if it's a small thing. LIke telling the receptionist at LabCorp that I loved the bling she was wearing. Or telling the greeter at Walmart that she was sporting some snazzy (lime green) shoes.

The $250 from Chicken Soup I used to buy medical equipment for patients at my orthopedic surgeons office. I came into more money (see the pattern yet) and bought the girls from that same office a picnic table since theirs had rotted and been carted off.

And that's the short list. I don't go around bragging about any of it either. I wouldn't have even have said anything about here but to make a point-we can all do something. Anything. Make one person smile and they make a person smile and then the whole world ends up smiling eventually.
