I have a pinned post that has a lot of info about me including my one affiliate link and the referral program link. That's the only place I've plugged it.

As far as going back and doing it on all posts? I wouldn't. Readers will have to see that post in order to see that link. Unless Medium is featuring all of your work so that's up close, front, and center I would say it's a waste of time.
