I never fooled with TWC because I thought that they were out of my league. What a joke that notion was. I could have just pulled out my VISA or MC! When I approached Medium about it they got an attitude because I didn’t have a name. Um, how about doing your job and figuring it out?

Once I had done all of the legwork and got to the bottom of it on my own I wrote the story instead. Maybe my next piece will be about the unfriendly help desk. They and I used to be cool. When I was an Editor I was forever sending them info about fake accounts and plagiarists. So much so that they even comped me 3 months on my MPP. Now I’m the redheaded stepchild who can’t do anything right.
