I too was raised in rural America in the 70s. We were always told as kids that if we ever got into trouble not to call home but to call a lawyer LOL

They were not going to bail us out. Do the crime, do the time. Needless to say we never got into any really serious trouble.

As it turns out, George is my 8th cousin I forget how many times removed. So that part of the family tree hasn't changed much at all. :-)
