I used to be an HHA in Delaware and Florida and a med tech in Maryland. With my physical limitations now and my age, there's only so much I can do. At best, I could be the overnight person for someone or a couple since they will be sleeping most of the time.

I had one patient who liked to wander so I stayed in the recliner in the living room and there were door alarms. So if they got up in the middle of the night I'd hear the alarm and get them back in bed.

I spent the night in the recliner in the bedroom of one patient who was dying. His family didn't want him to die alone during the night when they weren't there.

That kind of thing I can handle. But lifting hauling pulling and standing on my feet? The body just can't handle it.

I haven't made 3 figures on here in a year. With 1.6k followers and nearly 1k posts you'd think I'd be doing at loeast $50 a month minimum. I don't know what Ev has done to the platform but he has really screwed it up.
