I watched a YT video earlier today about the migration of some Californians going to Mexico. Mostly to Baja. it's already causing problems there. Not for the locals but the ex-pats and the waves of ex-pats that will come after them. Supply and demand. The more of them that move there the more the housing prices are driven up. At this rate, by the end of the year, I won't be able to afford to live in Mexico or the US.
