I went into a Dollar Tree earlier this week. I had my own reusable bag and gave it to the cashier. She gave it back to me and told me that I had to bag my own things. If I had used their plastic bags there wouldn't have been a problem.

I spent less than $8 and handed her a $20. You would have thought it was a hundred dollar bill. She wanted to know if I had anything smaller. Had I been thinking I would have told her that making change for a $20 is considered a bagging fee.
