If there's a bassakwards way of doing shit around here, they'll find a way. This is the same town that put down speed bumps about every 3 in on a road over by the unviersity. A week or so later they took them up because people went from complaining about speeding traffic to drivers complaining about leaving the asses of the vehicles on the road when they hit them.
