If you're going to start a publication or run a publication and do it right, it's a lot of work. Everything from the design and layout that makes it reader and writer friendly to the submission guidelines and everything in between.

Then there's the editing process where you see a queue full of unreadable POS that you have to hit the reject key on just to finally find one or two worth publishing.

As fast as you can reject a piece you're getting a PN wanting to know why. Then you have to have that discussion. Then there are those that want to debate the issue with you. Um it's my publication and I said no so end of story?

Yeah. It's a lot of work because "writers" make it so.
