I’m sure you’ve seen some version of The Wizard of Oz, yes? Everyone is so intimidated by the wizard, that is until they peeked behind the curtain.

That’s how my day went. Everyone on the outside looking in ooohs and aaaaahs at the “magic” but no one is willing to pull back the curtain and take a better look.
