It isn't all or nothing. There are soul mates and even karmic partners. Each has their own role in your life. Learning lessons, healing, etc. You just have to be self aware and know why each person is in your life and following through accordingly. You can't take a Lesson and make it a spouse. A lesson is a lesson.

Hopefully this makes sense. I've only had one cup of coffee so far today and I'm writing this with one eye open!
