I've been firing butts left and right for a year now. I have several doctors because I have several medical issues. Everyone is a specialist these days.

What doctors and patients don't think about is that the doctors work for the patients. We as their employers have the right to fire them if they aren't doing the job.

It's called being your own advocate.
