Foodservice and retail are both PT because then they aren't required to pay benefits. Managers are the only FT employees. But the flip side to that is that the job can work you as many hours as they want to because you're salary. Always about the bottom line. However, the bottom line is bonus checks and NOT going bankrupt as they'd have you believe.
