Look at my numbers. Your probably look something like that as well. If the numbers tilt the other way then they are following every account they can find in the hopes of even a fraction of them following them back. Thus boosting their numbers/stats artificially.

Neck and neck? That's a tough one to call. It could be someone who believes in following back everyone who follows them but that's still an inorganic growth.
