Number of editors vs number of writers

If I see 1 editor and 35841669215 "writers" listed, I pass. The balance is way off and for a reason.

How many days between publishings

If they pub once every 7-10 days, I'm going to pass. I write for 1 pub that I had to constantly email the 1 editor is they had received my submissions. To which the reply was always the same, "I've been busy." And then BOOM a flood of submissions would suddently appear online as published I remved myself as a writer and started my own pub as her comeptitor.
