Maybe they're having the same issue I had for weeks and where the "Help Desk" was no help. Everything was my fault. Did I have money in the bank? Did I enter my information correctly? Did my bank reject the transaction? Am I using pop-up blockers? Am I using Chrome? Are you... are you... are you...

I FINALLY got in by using the app which I did NOT want to have to do! I have too many apps now as it is. I have ONE phone but THREE laptops. Why can't it work on at least ONE of the freakin laptops???
