I've responded 7x more than I've published and have virtually nothing to show for it. I'm stuck at 1.7k followers because I refuse to violate Medium Rules by doing the F4F scheme. I don't write the lame@$$, 'Good post!' type of comments but rather well-thought and lengthy responses to which more often than not go unaddressed.

So now I write when I want and respond even less because what's the point of it all?
