On the surface, it looks like Substack has gone the way of Simily. Everyone here wrote about over there. Everyone here jumped ship and went over there. Now there is broken because too many people jumped on it at once and the "new" site couldn't handle the upsurge.

Time to find yet another new platform.

I wish they ALL would make "writers" take a test like Fiverr does. Fiverr requires anyone posting to do any writing or edit, etc. to take a test and you have to have a score better than 90 or 93% (I forget exactly what the percentage was) in order to even post a gig.

That would keep the wear and tear of a site down to a bare minimum.
