See if whoever you deal with has a patient portal. Nearly everyone I deal with (I'm in MD too) has one. I go in and print whatever I want. I Keep a 3 in, 3 ring binder with colored tabs in it. A tab for each doc or lab. I'd like to FINALLY be able to get out on the road come spring and will need to be able to have them at my fingertips as I travel in cse of an emergency.

I just downloaded one set yesterday. 48 pages. Printing it from home is still a hell of a lot cheaper than paying them for it. Plus I can hit Print and walk away. It can be printing while I'm at the grocery store for that matter lol
