sigh

Yeah mine either. Four years ago I was in scrubs and taking care of patients. Now I've become the patient. Managing my healthcare has become a full time job.

I've already begun to mentally prepare myself to die. It's been a downhill slope since May. Two hospitalization then and another in July. Some days I just don't have the enegery to fight the well piled machine which is "health care" in this country. I spent more than half the weekdn in bed just resting.

I'm sure hematology won't be happy with me when they find out in a few hours I didn't go tho the ER Friday. Just the thought of the possibility of 12+ hours sitting around in an ER did nothing to make me feel good about the idea.

When they open up in a few hours I'll call them to put in STAT orders at their hospital then make the 30+ min trekk over there and walk in for imaging.

If you ever want to talk about your situation but don't want to do it in th ecomments feel free to DM on that effen bird! 🤪
