Sound crazy? No. Not at all. I write "quick and dirty". Pantser style with a -5 minute read time. Get in, make it funny, get out. Like most of my dates.

Anyway, I had a much loooooonger piece that I was working on and it was agony for me. I'd take a sketch pad and roll out in my car. I would find a shady, quiet spot. Turn on the AC and handwrite as much as I could before my hand felt as though it were going to fall off.

Once I got back to the house "all" I had to do was type it up. It didn't seem to be like a chore doing it that way. But we've already established that I'm nuts so what do I know? :-)
