Step 1: Use free Grammarly. Your writing needs work. No one is going to read an author consistently if they have to read something 3x to figure out the point.

Step 2: Find someone who is fluent in English to be your editor. There are several mistakes in this piece.

Step 3: Engage with other writers on the platform. Become a reader not just a writer. You can't ask for readers if you aren't one yourself.

Step 4: Once you're writing fairly well make sure you write every day. Typically, I don't make myself publish on the weekends although I have been known to do so.

Step 5: Don't publish all of your work in one place. Find several small to medium sized publications that will add you as a writer and spread your work around to them. That will give you more readers than you would be able to get on your own.
