That's the one sure fired way to get on a writer's bad side. I recently went back and looked over two of my earlier publications. Why did I do that?! Talk about POd. They even changed the graphics. I spend almost as much time on Pixabay choosing just the right artwork as I do in writing the story to begin with! And the cherry on top? Graphics one right after the other as if it were a comic strip. Good grief!

I'm getting ready to irritate a whole lot of people but oh well. I can see shortening a story and editing grammar, punctuation, etc. The rest? Leave it alone! Otherwise reject the submission so the writer and their work can move to the next publication.
