There are 2 things to do. One, in the upper right-hand corner of her profile you’ll see 3 little dots. Click those. Then click report. You’ll get a dropdown (which is a new thing, it didn’t use to give you options) and click on whichever you think is the best fit. Harassment perhaps.

You can block her is the other option. Which is probably the best. Although I would do both. There may be others out there that this person is harassing who also don’t know what to do with them so you’d be doing the people of the platform a favor by taking out the trash.
