There are so many 70s songs that I love that I bought Time Life Libraries collection. 😂 No, I didn't even know that BG had his own version. I'm sort of a snob. If I like the original I won't listen to anyone else's version.

Although when Whitney Houston came out with a remake of a Dolly Parton song I did like her version better just because I'm no longer into country. But I did have a massive headache trying to educate the uneducated that WH was not the first one to record that song!
