There's a publication on Medium that is notorious for doing that. I started getting comments that made no sense to me and went to check out the published piece.

They added in entire paragraphs to other editors' posts that were similar to mine!

Talk about pissed! OMG. I staarted leaving PNs and screenshoting them telling them NOT to do that!
