This is where we will agree to disagree. Writers who make more because they do the work shouldn't have to pay a fine for doing the work they are supposed to. And by charging them more, you are doing just that. Imposing a fine.

This is why the ads versus no ads is the fairest way to go. $5 regardless if you are a writer or not, how much you write, how well or poorly you write, etc.
