This was a hard lesson for me to learn. I'm used to grinding up to 13 hours a day. Now I have to lean into the fact that I'm sick and will always be sick (thanks 9/11). When I have good days I write as much as I feel as I can. I've done 10 stories in a day.

Then I use the Schedule feature. I have one coming out each day. So if I crash and burn after my one good day (which I usually do) I still have work coming out so it appears that I'm writing every day.
