Two thumbs up to Lisa Gerard Braun and Harry Hogg for submitting two excellent pieces. It was a pleasure as an editor to work on both!
In Lisa’s, It’s Time to Level Up! I found myself nodding my head throughout and murmuring to no one in particular, “I do that too!”. I had no idea that the everyday things that I do classifies as “going green”!
Lisa speaks on everyone’s ability to reduce their carbon footprint on our oceans specifically. She discusses the ins and outs of using reusable bags (which is something that I’ve recently gotten back into), paper straws (okay, so I haven’t gotten on board with this one as of yet), shopping at thrift stores, recycling, and much more.
