I had no idea I knew so much about something so fascinating

I had the pleasure of being the editor of Tim Denning’s Predictions on What Might Happen If UFOs and Aliens Are Found to Exist. After, I saw that fellow editor Liam Ireland had published Do UFOs And Aliens Exist? After highlighting and commenting on both pieces, I had an epiphany.

I’m a Subject Matter Expert on all things alien.

Let’s start with some basics.

UFO
UFO or Unidentified Flying Object is an obsolete term. The new term is UAP. Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Same thing, new name. Like back in the 80s when janitors became “maintenance engineers”.

USO
While there is a USO that is affiliated with US military bases all over the world this USO is an Unidentified Submerged Object.

One misguided notion is that this is “new” information.

The coming information in June will be of no shock to me. I’ve been fascinated with the subject of aliens and “flying saucers” for more years than I care to remember.

“There’s nothing new under the sun.” -Ecclesiastes 1:9

Enter Project Blue Book

From 1947 to 1969, a total of 12, 618 sightings were reported to Project BLUE BOOK. Of these, 701 remain “Unidentified.” The project was headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, whose personnel no longer receive, document, or investigate UFO reports. -National Archives, Washington D.C.

So the U.S. government has known about these UAPs and USOs for longer than I’ve been alive so that is indeed a long time. The preliminary investigative stage began in 1945, so that puts us at 76 years and counting.

Yeah. This ain’t fresh news. This is new-to-you news.

I don’t wear foil on my head, nor do I cover my windows with it. I don’t claim to be an abductee (not that I don’t believe that abductees believe that they have been abducted). I believe in science, documentation, and my own real-world experiences.

This is a list of government-sponsored investigations, or reports related to UFOs.

So no, this is not a U.S. thing. It’s a global thing.

Welcome to the internet rabbit hole. I have a million tabs open but I’m calling it quits here. Maybe I’ll do a series. We’ll see.

PS Liam Ireland, I love that kicker of yours! “We are not alone. We have never been alone.” is actually the tagline for Ancient Aliens which airs on the History Channel!
