Um no, actually, they should not have anticipated it. No one would anticipate kids and dementia patients being left unattended. That's what supervision is for. And if we can lock up guns and the liquor cabinet then why can't we lock up cleaning products? Mr. Yuck? Remember him? I sure do. Because we were taught and not left to our own vices.
Lord have mercy I am so tired of the world pointing fingers at everyone but themselves! Take responsibility for you and yours.
