I saw this little blurb when I went to submit a ticket about the latest and greatest issue.

If you’re having issues with the platform regardless of what type (technical, bullies, etc.) you can submit a ticket to the Help Desk here.

You have to go through some lists to narrow down what your issue is so that it can be directed to the appropriate department but other than that it’s really easy. If you can do what I do which is attach screenshots I think that probably helps and speeds things along.
