You can spend a full day on "writing" but it wouldn't necessarily be on Medium. Read, write, research, engage, promote to social media, etc. Yes it can be FT but you're still not going to get FT pay. I don't know why people don't get that. This is a blogging platform and not much else despite all the other names people want to give it.
